Traditional clinical patient load is 15-20 and they schedule 4 hours of admin time a week to complete charting. 	Group is looking for locum tenens Pediatrician until permanent one is found. Practice has 2 full time pediatricians, one part time pediatrician and per diem physicians. Call is 1:4. which includes birthing center as well as outpatient office call coverage. This group has exclusive coverage of Level 1 birthing center which has approximately 650 deliveries per year. Nursing triage service generally gets the first phone call referral and if they feel it's necessary will they call the physician. Sometime will have to attend C-sections if there is a need for it. Must be NALS and PALS certified. Pediatrician will assist with admissions, discharges, and inpatient care for patients admitted. Little inpatient work because the majority of the practice centers on the office setting. Well and sick child visits.
